Financial Assistance Scheme
Singapore citizen pupils from low-income families may qualify for free textbooks, school attire, and fee waivers. Apply via the online form or download the application form today.
To qualify, the pupil must be a Singapore citizen and must meet the following income criteria:

How to apply?
Parents/guardians who wish to apply for MOE FAS can obtain an application form by downloading it here FAS Application Form or apply online here FAS Online Form. The completed application form, together with the following documents
For working family members: a copy of your latest payslip or letter of employment from the company
For unemployed family members: a written letter stating your unemployment and the source of family income
For self-employed family members: a copy of the latest Income Tax Assessment
must be submitted to the General Office. We will process the application and inform you of the outcome. Please note that the application would not be processed if the form is incomplete or relevant documents are not submitted.
You would be notified of the status of the application.
